Horse Camp- August 2013

What a difference a year makes! Last year, we had camp with no barn and only half a ring. This year, we had quite a few more kids, way more horses, a beautiful new, fully equipped barn and a spacious outdoor ring. The kids learned so much- daily activities included lessons in anatomy, digestion, tack as well as riding. Lots of work too- of course- stalls and paddocks to muck, buckets, tack and horses to clean. Friday brought a whole different list of activities- horse painting, a mini fun show and wrapping the whole glorious week up with a pizza party at Lynette’s.
